Thu, November 29, 2007 - 4:59 AMi second the white honey from hawaii... i think they are called volcanic honey, it is the most incredible thing you have ever tasted! its a bit pricey but totally worth it. i went to their location and met the owner and the workers and their philosophy on collecting, extracting and even the treatment of employees is amazing. the bees gather from the mosquite trees across the island which are being threatend with being cut down... anyway, totally raw, totally live, totally delicous and orgasmic!!! they also have flavored ones with ginger or passionflower and a winter honey, all totally incredible!!!

Must admit I like thew lighter ones, ie yellow box, grey box, blue gum, wildflowers, clover.

Mon, December 31, 2007 - 6:55 PMmmmm...the cranberry honey from the cranberry bog hives is super yummy and the clover honey from the farm in northern VT is so nice, I call it summertime in a bottle. Simple and sweet.
