allergies & local raw honey

How does that work again?... I know it's supposed to help with allergies somehow, but I forget the actual function.

    the bees poliinate and honey-ate using local flowers and plants. when you eat the honey, you ingest the same things that cause the allergies, you body then build "muni-tees" or immunities, to them helping you to no longer be allergic to them.

    whew! did that make sense? lol........ i have a big jar of local honey in our pantry.

      Yes, this is true in most cases. There are some people which for some unknown reason makes their allergies worse or has no benefit at all. It may be good to start with small amounts at first and then build up after you have an idea of how it interacts with your allergies. Local Beepolle may also be a good thing to take in small amounts for allergies along with the honey.
