Mon, February 19, 2007 - 7:09 PMthis is a city ordinance issue....citys place their own restrictions on "agriculture"...i.e. it is not illegal where I am, but in the neighboring city it is...you can go tighter on the laws of the land, not looser....so check your county first and then your city or town ordiances..
