Re: rebuilding-the way of melissa
Mon, February 26, 2007 - 9:43 PMI am a beekeeper. They clean house. A beekeeper has little or nothing to do with the daily upkeep of the hive. They actually have job titles. THey have bee's that remove dead bee's (undertaker bee's) remove dead bee's from cells, cart the bodies off and dump them over the side, quite literally. They have sweepers, they have midwifes, they have guard bee's , you name it, a hive has a roll for everyone.
The sweepers get the crap out of the cells, and cart it out etc.
Then once the cleaning crew is done, the worker bee's assigned to wax building and rebuilding go to work. Now you have to understand, they are promoted down/up as they age, to what jobs need to be done and can physically be done...
