        Ellen, Yes it's lemon balm. Here's a yummy fragrant tea for you. (Gardeners take note: Melissa can be wonderfully invasive if planted anywhere in your yard.) Pick a small handful of each of the following and steep. Melissa, fragrant rose petals, and fennel buds or leaves. Best, of course, if these are organic with no pesticides :)
